Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With the original seal fully intact

  • In the same condition as when received

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or have a broken seal are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees must be paid even if the return is not approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return is approved.
